Senior Building Surveyor - Client Side
Our client is one of the largest property companies in the world. They have significant holdings in central London from which they recycle capital to reinvest. They have an exciting programme at the moment and need a Senior Building Surveyor to join their operations team.
Remuneration:
£50,000 - £65,000 + Benefits Package

Job Role;
The estate is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their close-knit operations team to provide professional building surveying services; dilapidations, building surveys, tenant alterations, party wall awards, reactive and planned maintenance, technical advice and project management across the London Estate including residential, commercial, retail and heritage properties.
Requirements:
MRICS/ACIOB/HNC (preffered) or industry equivalent.
Proven experience working across Building Surveying and Project Management
To be responsible for providing building surveying services within an allocated location team (and other areas where required), with the principal aim of maintaining and improving the performance and quality of the portfolio, while always protecting the heritage and architectural quality of the Estate Have detailed knowledge of various forms of construction, building pathology and relevant legislation.
To protect the interests of our lessees and occupiers and ensure that, wherever possible we deliver 'quiet enjoyment' to occupiers
