Remuneration:

£55-60,000 + bonus + benefits

Job Role;

This UK wide building consultancy is looking for confident and driven individuals to join their Building Consultancy team. They cover the UK with multiple offices that span the South West, London, Midland, the North West and Scotland. Their sector coverage includes private and public working with an impressive client base from investors, occupiers, and estates through to development companies and public sector clients. The business can offer full exposure to all aspects of Building Surveying including building surveys, schedules of dilapidations, condition surveys, TDD, project management, party wall matters and understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation.

With a new office in Reigate, Surrey added to their arsenal, this is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to take the lead and define the office environment as they look to grow at all levels. With the security of a UK wide consultancy behind it, this would be a perfect opportunity for a Building Surveyor commuting to London from Surrey who wants a local workplace.

Ideals;

·Member Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)

·Building Surveying or construction related degree

·Ability to work within a team and independently to a professional standard

·Excellent communication, management, client facing and business development skills

·Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

·Actively seeks out continuous self-development, broadening knowledge, and experience
