Cobalt is delighted to be working alongside a thriving and busy firm of Chartered Surveyors, who offer a full range of commercial property services to private and institutional clients. They are currently seeking a Senior Client Accountant with an in-depth experience working with the Property Management System QUBE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issuing rent, service charge and insurance demands based on budgets and leases;

• Issuing statements to Clients on a quarterly basis and VAT reporting to Clients;

• Undertaking annual service charge reconciliations and liaising with auditors;

• Analysing age debtor report and monitoring fund balances;

• Raising quarterly management and audit fees;

• Work with the property manager to set the annual service charge budgets;

• Setting up service charge budgets on Qube;

• Liaising with the firm's accountants in dealing with end of year returns etc.

Personal Specifications:

• Previous experience working in a Senior Client Accountant function within Real Estate

• Strong Service Charge accounting experience

• You must have strong experience working with the Property Management system Qube and consider yourself a Superuser

• The ability to commune with customers/ clients on all levels with customer focus.

• To be a highly motivated individual with an excellent attention to detail.
