Senior Commercial Finance Manager

A Senior Commercial Finance Manager is needed for a global powerhouse in Real Estate investment. This company is experiencing rapid growth and are on track to triple their AUM in the next 5 years. This Commercial Finance Manager will work directly with senior members of the Asset Management team for the UK and European Assets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Business plan preparation working alongside the Leasing Team and Asset Managers

• Capex management and reporting including regular meetings with development managers across projects totalling around £1bn

• Valuation net debt cash reconciliation reporting

• New deal on boarding and liaison with European entity

• Adhoc Asset Management reporting including existing deals, new deals and disposals

• Deal Capex reporting management and oversight

• Cashflow forecasting with all associated reconciliations/quarterly management reporting

Skills/Experience required:

• Currently studying or completed CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience within a Commercial Real Estate Finance environment

• Experienced using Yardi/Cube/Horizon/Tramps is advantageous

• Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Real Estate assets/leases/titles

• A hands on individual with a commercial mindset and an ambitious nature
