My client is looking for a commercially minded Senior Development Consultant to join their busy Planning & Development team in Manchester. This role will give the appointed Senior Development Consultant an opportunity to deliver development advice to a range of public and private sector clients throughout the UK on strategic and technical matters.
The appointed Senior Development Consultant will be MRICS qualified with experience of:
Executing development appraisals and viability work across both mixed-use and residential schemes
Taking a proactive approach to the marketing of development opportunities and disposals
Utilise your knowledge of residual and cash flow development appraisals, to interpret strategies for development solutions
Proficient at undertaking new business development whilst maintaining existing client relationships
Demonstrable experience of having worked with both public and private sector clients
A good working knowledge of the planning system
Confident and proficient in using Argus Developer with strong MS Excel skills
