Senior Development Surveyor

Looking for: Senior Development Surveyor - Associate Director

An ambitious Senior Development Surveyor is required to join an expanding multi-disciplinary, development advisory and agency team focusing on London and operating across all asset classes including offices, mixed-use, retail, student, senior living, hotels and residential.

Responsibilities:

-Selling and purchasing development and major refurbishment sites (including pitching/prospecting, sale preparation, marketing and closing strategies)

-Putting together development partnerships and joint ventures and promoting scheme opportunities

-Providing feasibility and viability advice to clients

-Financial modelling and reporting on projects

-Researching emerging markets and trends

-Regularly interacting with other professionals such as architects, planning consultants, engineers and building surveyors

-Developing your own client contacts and business opportunities

Person specifications:

-MRICS and previous post-qualified experience

-Previous experience in preparing development appraisals and modelling cash flows

-Excellent consultancy skills including report and proposal writing and presentations

-High quality communication skills

This is a permanent position. Salary is up to £55,000 per annum including car allowance.
