My client is a leading Property Development & Regeneration Group renowned for their ability to deliver large, long-term projects, creating high quality spaces for people to both work and live. As part of the Regional Development team, the appointed Development Surveyor will support with the development cycle from site identification through to project delivery/completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to truly advance their skills as a Development Surveyor with an experienced and award winning team. Its envisaged that the appointed candidate will be MRICS accredited, currently working in either a principal or advisory role with a successful track record in identifying and delivering complex commercial and/or residential projects. Highly motivated and keen to learn, candidates must be confident with strong presentation and negotiating skills and experience of using development software/IT packages.
