Company Overview

Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a well-respected, multi-national, Investment manager. Due to the business growing substantially via acquisitions and natural growth they are looking to expand within their Real Estate team. They are looking for a well-rounded, highly analytical, and forward-thinking Digital Transformation Specialist to support the growth of the business.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders on the development and improvement of new and existing workflows, including requirement scoping, design, and specification, testing, and supporting the rollout.

• Design and test dashboards and reports to support workflows, data aggregation, and analysis.

• Develop the use of systems through continuous improvement and awareness of vendor roadmaps/releases

• Act as the systems and processes Champion across the business and provide a strong knowledge of business systems throughout the business

• Take ownership of all administration of key systems and be the focal point with regard to future systems training

• Provide oversight of data collection processes and support/assist where required

Role Requirements

• Must have experience in leading or supporting systems implementations within Investment Management, Global Capitals Markets, or Real Estate

• Have experience in creating and improving processes

• Familiarity with institutional real estate investment and a solid understanding of the associated data points

• Experience working across an EMEA environment would be advantageous

• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and competing demands

• High accuracy and detail orientation
