Are you seeking a Senior Research Role within the commercial real estate market?
I am working with a well-established research business who service a vast number of global real estate investors and service providers. They are currently seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join their European Logistics team.

What the role involves:
As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be part of a team of 5 within the wider organisation, and responsibilities will include:
Conducting research within various UK and European Logistics markets.
Analysing and producing detailed data for the business forecasting.
Playing a role in developing the client services offering across Europe.
Presenting findings and reporting to clients.
Requirements:
Knowledge of, and previous experience working within the commercial real estate market (Logistics specific experience is ideal but not essential).
Strong excel capabilities and data analysis skills.
Ability to present complex data in a clear and simple manner.
Trend analysis for forecasting purposes.
Innovative thought process and proactive work approach.

Salary: £55,000
Role also available on a part-time basis with pro rata salary.
Location: London WC1V
