Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 (including £3,000 car allowance)

Cobalt is looking for a Senior Residential Facilities Manager to join a bespoke property management company and help deliver a top tier total FM service. This role will see you overseeing 6 upmarket residential properties with common areas.

The company is looking for a candidate with the drive to grow within the business, training and development is something that the company strongly believes in. Willingness to go the extra mile for your clients and a strong M&E background will see you succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

​

• Ensuring a comprehensive planned maintenance programme is in place for the management of building plant and fabric throughout the portfolio;

• Liaising with occupiers and the client to build a long lasting working relationship;

• Setting and managing service charge budgets;

• Leading the on-site team, ensuring their continued professional development;

• Managing the work of contractors across hard and soft FM;

• Ensuring full compliance with UK health and safety compliance, conducting audits of sites where necessary.

Our client is looking for a service-orientated Senior FM, capable of managing a portfolio, with a strong track record in managing multi-let residential assets previously. Able to combine your hands on experience alongside a strategic vision to deliver a best-in-class FM service to your tenants, you will relish the opportunity to take on a new challenge. An IOSH is a necessity whilst a NEBOSH or IWFM membership/qualification would be desirable.
