Cobalt is working with a highly respected and recognised managing agent throughout the UK on a Senior Facilities Manager position where you will be heavily involved in the technical aspects of facilities management on a shopping centre.
This is an opportunity for someone who is seeking to pursue the hard services side of FM and is looking to step-up and further their career with M&E.
Key responsibilities will include;
Being responsible for the hard services/M&E budget lines.
Monitor and report on the performance of service contractors and take appropriate actions.
Ensure works are appropriately risk assessed to protect the safety of the scheme.
Oversee all aspects of PPM and engage with contractors.
Requirements for the role;
Have proven experience with hard services/M&E.
Be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
Experience with CAFM systems.
Have a clear understanding of H&S legislation which includes LOLER, Gas Regulations, Electricity at Work etc.
