Senior Investment Analyst

A leading flexible-living brand with private equity backing is currently seeking a Senior Investment Analyst/ Investment Associate to lead their analyst team based in Central London.

You will be working closely with the Investment Director and will be responsible for reviewing the teams output, data and assumptions in order to deliver accurate underwriting activity for investment approval.

You will co-ordinate activity across the team to ensure it is being conducted in a time efficient manner. You will maintain a live summary of investment activity and ensure everyone is informed where applicable. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline the investment processes for future purposes.

Key Senior Investment Analyst/Investment Associate requirements:

• Strong real estate financial analyst experience.

• Ability to manage and develop other analysts.

• Strong numerical, report writing and presentation skills.

• Ability to work on multiple investment opportunities at one time in a time efficient manner.

Salary is £70,000 - £100,000 per annum plus benefits package and bonus.

Office based in Central London.
