A position has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for working autonomously to run the marketing campaigns for up to 3 projects at any one time.
Roles & Responsibilities
Closely manage the planning, development, co-ordination and delivery of all branding/marketing points including websites, brochures, print, collateral, imagery, for each asset/development. Provide original and impactful ideas for all of these elements.
To have an in depth understanding of the properties and translate this into marketing material in terms of the heritage of the building, the design, changes implemented, and how the property appeals to tenants and the wider community.
Act as the main point of contact for all advisors involved in the branding/marketing process.
Source quotes from all necessary advisors to be provided to senior management team for sign off.
Set budgets for various projects. Budgets are devised on an asset by asset basis to reflect the individual requirements of the project.
Provide exceptional project leadership with external suppliers and internal teams, with timely briefings, clear direction, project workshops if necessary, project plans and timely delivery of all requirements ensuring all activities are delivered on-time, on-brand, within budget and represent creative excellence.
Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
Implement social media strategy across all platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube).
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience with a London developer/housebuilder or an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager working with property clients.
An eye for design.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Ability to build relationships and engage with other teams across the business.
Must have a strong attention to detail.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen interest in social media and experience of managing social media channels.
Strong work ethic and able to work independently.
