Title: Senior Property Manager

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: West London

Do you have a strong background in residential property management and an ambition to work in the super prime sector?

Our client, a boutique property investor, is now looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their team in their West London office to manage part of their high-end portfolio of residential properties.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Work with your team to provide the highest quality of service

• Management of a prime portfolio

• Effectively liaising with all parties involved - including tenants and contractors

• Organising and arranging maintenance - being able to resolve issues and think on your feet

• Organisation of certification - Gas Safety Certificates, EPC's, EICR's

• Health & safety and compliance

• Invoice management and processing

• Deposit management

What you'll need:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Strong knowledge of the prime property sector

• The ability to use your initiative for problem solving

• Understanding of the tenancy process, and legislation behind it

• To thrive in a team environment, whilst being able to work independently
