Cobalt Recruitment are excited to be exclusively retained by an international, high end restaurant brand that spans 5 countries as they continue hyper-growth phase with expansion plans into existing locations and progression into new continents over the next 3 years. Our client has engaged us to source a Project Manager to deliver new restaurants and 'dark kitchens' in London and neighbouring regions ensuring successful delivery of projects to cost, time and quality and in line with the organisation's business plan.

Since their inception, this innovative restaurant business has grown to 18 locations across 5 countries and have predicted a growth plan of 22 new restaurants and 50 dark kitchens in the next 3 years. With current plans to expand in London as well as progressing throughout Germany and Spain, France, Holland and Portugal, this business requires additional resource in their development and construction team by hiring a dynamic, knowledgeable, and ambitious Project Manager.

The role

As Project Manager, you'll be part of a small and dynamic construction team responsible for refurbishments, new construction projects, management of external partners and project delivery for food and beverage projects from early-stage acquisition, through design, planning, construction, delivery and handover. Project values are typically £3.million-£5million construction including fit out.

Requirements

  • You have 5-10 years of experience in a Project Management and fit out capacity

  • Proven experience delivering retail and specifically restaurant

  • Spatial planning, efficiencies, and layout experience ideal.

  • You have used tools such as REVIT, BIM, AutoCAD design packages, Adobe, Word, Excel etc

  • You are able to write technical requirements, define support requirements and processes, and have worked with various stakeholders throughout the design stages of schemes, challenging concepts and have an eye for exceptional delivery.

  • Project budgeting

  • Management of the feasibility of operations and / or potential projects that will be entrusted to you

  • Management of design studies with internal and external partners

  • Solid knowledge of Building Regulations and M&E/HVAC infrastructure

  • Guarantee the legal aspects (permits, fire safety, accessibility of ERP)

  • Manage projects in the design phase as well as in the work phase in strict compliance with budgets

  • Assist the internal designers (based in London) throughout the projects and particularly at the end of the project

  • Development and implementation of standard specifications and procurement processes.

  • Weekly reporting of operations: quality, cost and deadlines

Remuneration

  • Salary £70,000-£90,000 DOE

  • Bonus
