Cobalt has the pleasure of working on an exclusive basis with one of the UK's top Property Investment and Development Companies that owns, manages and develops £2.8bn worth of assets across the commercial sectors. With an impressive portfolio across London that stretches 1.7m sqft, our client is looking to grow their team through the hire of a Project Manager to be part of the Projects Team.

Working closely with the wider development team and reporting into the Senior Building Surveyor, this Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all fit-out projects in line with organisation standards and ever-evolving occupier demands. Working with design, leasing, portfolio, occupier and innovation tams, this project manager will play a key role in the development and improvement of the flexible workplace offering including CAT B and turn-key fitted space ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Project Management requirements

• Degree qualified.

• Project Management experience within a developer, leading consultancy or fit out business, delivering commercial and possibly hospitality projects

• Passion for Real Estate
