Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Salary: £35,000

Location: North West London

Do you have a strong background in residential property management and an ambition for providing exceptional customer service?

Located in a thriving North West London location, our client is looking to bring on a new senior member to their property management team to help with their ever-increasing property portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

• Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants - helping our client maintain their award-winning reputation
• Property portfolio management of between 140-150 units
• Work with your team to provide the highest quality of service
• Helping with property maintenance - being able to resolve issues and think on your feet
• Help maximise the landlords property investment
• Help the occupants have the best experience possible
• Invoice management and processing
• Deposit negotiation and distribution
• Compliance checks and property inspections
