One of London's leading estate agencies is looking for a superstar Senior Property Manager (ARLA Qualified) to join their expanding and buzzing team. If you are an experienced Senior Property Manager or confident Property Manager looking to progress and join a company with a market-leading reputation and great progression we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage a property portfolio of between 120-150 properties

• Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants and contractors to build strong relationships

• Work with your team to ensure the highest quality of service

• Dealing with property maintenance queries being able to resolve issues and think on your feet

• Invoice management and processing

• Deposit negotiation and distribution

• Keeping up to date with industry regulations and advising your landlords and tenants
