Senior Property Manager (Lettings) - 12 Month FTC
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: South West London
Cobalt have partnered with a prestigious freeholder based in an iconic location in the Prime Central London region, who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team for a maternity cover.
You will be part of a friendly and high-performing team of industry leaders who all have a passion for property.
Background and experience in project managing internal renovations and refurbishments is essential for success in this role. The right candidate will have an eye for detail and a decisive nature to help complete projects under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
Day to day interaction with tenants regarding property issues
Organising necessary maintenance and liaising with contractors
Ensuring all compliance, health & safety, and record keeping requirements are kept up to date with each property
Arrange and carry out inspections to assess necessary renovation work
Manage any insurance claims
Assist with tenancy-related administration
Keep board up to date on activity within the portfolio through monthly reports
Requirements:
Notable experience within a senior property manager position
A track record of providing high-quality customer service
Significant understanding of all recent compliance guidelines
Strong knowledge of refurbishments, renovations, and interior design
Experience of using property management software
Excellent written and verbal communication
Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm
