My client is a leading advisory firm with an occupier management team who are dedicated to delivering excellence in property management. Currently, the Occupier Management team are seeking a dynamic Senior Property Manager (MRICS) on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the property portfolios of two key clients, including a national retail brand.

• Utilize your MRICS qualification to provide expert advice on property management strategies and compliance.

• Ensure the effective implementation of property plans, maintenance, and lease agreements.

• Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their property needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MRICS/ AssocRICS or equivalent considered

• Proven experience of operating as a Property Manager in a commercial setting. Experience of retail and office would be advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of property regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
