Our client, an established and proudly successful British landlord and developer, is seeking two experienced Senior Property Managers to oversee a central London commercial office portfolio.

Based at a stunning, modern head office location in the heart of London's West End, the allocation of properties will be in walking distance, with the individual expected to manage their portfolio autonomously and assist colleagues where required.

As the owner and operator of these commercial properties, it is expected that the successful candidate(s) will be take the lead with occupier management, service charge management, project management and sustainability implementation.

The ideal background extends to:

  • Min. 4-5 years in commercial property management

  • Financial acumen, ability to monitor multiple service charge schedules

  • Proven occupier management with a range of corporate and SME tenants

  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and initiatives

  • Understanding of commercial leasing, insurance and building lifecycle

  • Ability to instruct and manage relationships with third party agents, suppliers and consultants

Working with an engaging, cohesive and long-standing team, this would be an opportunity to gain further exposure client side with a truly reputable operator. MRICS is preferable but not essential.

Remuneration and package benefits:

  • Salary up to £65,000

  • Car allowance £4,500

  • Performance-related bonus

  • 15% employer pension contribution.
