Senior Resident Services Manager - Birmingham
Salary: Up to £50,000
Client: Award-winning, Nationally Renowned, Build to Rent Developer
Cobalt have partnered with an extremely exciting client within the BTR space, who are actively seeking a Senior RSM to join their team in Birmingham. This role would be primarily centred around overseeing 3 of the clients flagship sites in the city, managing a mid-sized team that would be based across the different sites.
The core responsibilities of this role include:
Leading the on-site teams, aiding in the day to day running of each property and help with the development of staff
Having oversight of the check in/check out processes for each development
Managing relationships with the residents in each property, and dealing with any escalated issues
Supporting the Head and working with them to implement and evolve processes
Ensure that all team members uphold the highest standards of customer service
Working with the regional facilities manager regarding the technical aspects of building maintenance
