Senior Sales Negotiator
Based Hyde Park
Salary: Basic up to £28,000 with OTE of £100,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join one of London's leading luxury Real Estate agencies. The ideal candidate will have good sales experience specific to the Central London market.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and advise the Sales Manager / Office Director of new business opportunities.
Ensure that the company system is always up to date regarding inquiries, applications, and transactions history.
Offering applicants suitable properties and conducting viewings in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.
Carrying out valuation appointments, conducting the necessary research in advance to provide an accurate assessment of the property's potential
Advising vendors of all offers submitted in respect of their properties.
Progressing sales agreed through to completion by liaising with both buyers and sellers.
Assisting team members with appointments and sales progressing where required
Building and maintaining relationships with residents with a view of promoting the company's image and reputation as a first-class agency in the area.
Having a high level of knowledge in respect to the market area, being aware of price trends, details of recent transactions, and the activity of competing agencies.
