Senior Sales Negotiator JN74159

One of London's leading independent estate agencies that prides itself in offering fantastic customer service, exceptional communication and delivering the right results, is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of their successful, high performing teams in West EndLondon.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a key part in helping buyers find the right property and supporting them in the sales process from initial marketing stages through to their final move-in day.

Requirements

• Previous estate agency/property sales experience, ideally with properties averaging at around £2mil

• Confident, highly motivated and driven individual

• Passion for offering excellent customer service to all stakeholders

• Proven track record in banking in excess of £400k

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

• Local property knowledge

Salary and benefits

• Basic salary ca. £25,000

• Uncapped commission structure starting at 10%

• Opportunity to progress

Working patterns

• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

• 1 in 2 / 1 in 3 Saturdays, 10am - 2pm
