As a Senior, Principal or Associate Town Planner, you will be at the forefront of urban planning in Birmingham. You will take on a pivotal role in shaping the city's future, working on exciting projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and contribute to planning applications and appeals.

· Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.

· Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.

· Provide expert advice on planning policies and regulations.

· Manage projects timelines, budgets, and resources.

· Mentor and guide junior team members.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

· Minimum four years of experience in town planning.

· MRTPI qualification is highly desirable.

· In-depth knowledge of Birmingham and the Midlands planning landscape.

· Proven track record of successful planning rack record.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and within a team.

· Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about urban and rural planning.
