Senior Treasury Analyst

£300 per day insde IR35

Cobalt are working with a listed Real Estate Developer, currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their team.

Key duties include:

• Banking settlement and operations, bank account processing

• Short term cash and daily liquidity requirements

• Loan calculations, drawdown, repayment, issuance, and cancellation processes

• Reports preparation in Excel

• Capture and enter deal information

• Downloading bank statements

Key requirements:

• Previous real estate experience desirable

• Strong Excel skills

• Cash management experience

• Treasury systems exposure

• Immediately available
