Are you a recruitment consultant looking for a new opportunity internal?

My client is a fantastic and fun property consultancy based in the heart of East London who are now looking for in internal Talent Acquisitions Partner to join their business and help grow their fast growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on the company's hiring plan and on boarding all new starters.

From designing and implementing a graduate scheme to sourcing senior hires, this role is integral for the growth of the business over the next few years. As they plan to grow the team extensively, they need an experienced Talent Manager who can hit the ground running and make a big impact.

This role will work with their Director of Operations and HR Manager who oversee the day to day running of the business and people operations along with the Directors of each department as they grow their teams

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver on the hiring plan for the business, hiring into various teams, levels and positions

  • Conduct all first-round interviews and running all second-round interviews

  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process including arranging interviews and CV screening

  • Manage offer roll outs, start dates and salary negotiations

  • Streamline our hiring process by removing the time input required from Directors

  • Design and deliver a graduate scheme for minimum 4 hires
