My client are a leading property consultancy who are looking for a Team coordinator to join their London team. This is a great opportunity to work for a supportive and successful business. Your responsibility will be to provide EA support to the head of London Planning and provide administrative support to the wider team assisting with client services.

Key responsibilities

  • Organise company and teams events

  • Creating meeting agendas and typing up notes and minutes

  • Extensive diary management

  • Creating reports, letters and emails

  • Carrying out general administrative tasks

  • Strong communication skills

  • Extremely organised with great attention to detail

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Abel to work individually and as part of a team

  • Great time keeping skills
