The Role

  • Prioritise queries and offer a best-in-class service to clients

  • Identification of the cause of queries received

  • Provide an in depth and consultative management approach with regards to resolution plans for clients when receiving queries

  • Understand the nature of non-support queries and escalate them to the relevant departments internally

  • Supporting clients closely on the status of their queries

  • Maintaining the support logs in accordance with company policy with all actions updated clearly and efficiently

  • Escalating any issues identified during day-to-day activities to Management

Role Requirements

  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a client facing role

  • Have experience within Accounting or Real Estate/ Property is beneficial

  • Have worked on project focused roles

  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as working on projects as an individual
