Technical Account Manager

Financial Technical Account Manager, Full-Time, Permanent, £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum, Stirling

My client is a successful global software provider who are looking to recruit a Financial Technical Account Manager in their growing Stirling office. This individual will come from a Finance / Accountancy background and have a great aptitude for technology as well as an excellent customer service skill set.

Main Duties include:

• Query prioritisation and identification

• Management of a resolution plan for all queries that are received

• Identification of non-support queries and subsequent escalation of these queries to the appropriate area

• Maintaining support logs accurately on the system with all actions taken and information gathered during query resolution

• Helping clients with queries progress

• Escalating any further issues to Management as required.

• All other ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within Real Estate would be advantageous

• A strong background within Finance and Accounting

• Exposure working / sound knowledge of property management systems

• The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with external clients

• Impeccable interpersonal skills and an enjoyment of working within a client facing role
