Do you have over 12-18 months professional planning experience, but seeking greater exposure to major projects to accelerate your career progression? We are currently working closely with a highly revered planning consultancy that is eager to welcome a talented Town Planner to their team.
Our client has an enviable roster of clients and a track record of delivering exceptional results across various sectors on flag ship projects across the capital, including residential, commercial, and retail. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
Preparing planning applications and documents.
Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
An Assistant Planner or Planner with a Masters in Urban Planning or a related field (ideally RTPI accredited) and having made a start on RTPI APC.
At least twelve months experience within a town planning role, up to 18 months experience, ideally.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
