UK Real Estate Manager - 73582

Cobalt is working with one of the global leaders on a Real Estate Manager position for one of their leading integrated accounts managing a portfolio of operated data centres throughout UK and Scotland.

They are seeking someone with a hybrid range of experience in management of TFM services across a portfolio of data centres/technology companies.

This is an opportunity to work on an account with a forward-thinking company who is growing at a rapid rate and wants to be an industry disruptor in the market.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Implementation of new technologies to enhance the workplace environment and drive positive change across the UK portfolio.

• Prepare budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs in order to meet the budget.

• Develop and maintain exceptionally strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

• Management of a portfolio of data centres throughout the UK and Scotland including fit-out projects, operations, and transactions.

Requirements for this role;

• Be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified or a member of IWFM

• Good understanding of Networks & Telecoms

• Experience with the management of Data Centres

• Tech biased

• Lease transaction experience
