Workplace Director

Cobalt is partnering with a global leader within the wider property and business services industry as they seek to hire a Director of Workplace Management to serve as a strategic advisor to their global network of clients. Working with blue-chip private and public sector clients, you'll help clients optimize their Facilities Management strategy and operations, driving forward innovation and sustainability for a wide array of clientele across the globe. You'll be engaging in a variety of projects from FM Procurement, Workplace Transformation, and realigning/implementing FM strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing business opportunities and leading on client engagements across multiple industries and sectors;

• Managing delivery teams for high-profile projects such as international procurement strategies;

• Designing operating models and new FM strategies for your clients;

• Negotiating industry-leading contracts and developing elite performance management structures;

• Designing and delivering KPI and SLA models for outsourced service partners;

Our client is looking for a proven leader with experience in providing high-level of Workplace Service Delivery across multiple territories/countries, within an integrated account. You'll be able to demonstrate delivering high-levels of performance across multiple accounts, showcasing your adept stakeholder management skills with a variety of blue-chip clients from a range of backgrounds.
