About the Role
Cobalt is partnering with a leading property finance business who have been funding UK developers for 20+ years. With continued growth and a busy portfolio, they are now looking for a Head of Property / Asset Manager to join their expanding team.
The Role
- Take ownership of distressed and complex projects, finding solutions to maximise returns.
- Work with lawyers, agents, and third parties to achieve the best outcomes
- Provide front-end risk assessment on new development deals.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio (resi-led with some commercial).
About You
- Background in surveying, asset management, or development advisory.
- Strong knowledge of residential property and development appraisals.
- Commercially astute, decisive, and solutions focused.
- A great communicator and team player.
