My client is looking to recruit an Asset Manager for an incoming portfolio spanning the South Wales and Bristol corridor. This is a genuinely hands-on role with the portfolio comprises a range of multi assets.

They require a proven Asset Manager who can take full ownership of the portfolio - managing rent reviews, lease renewals and regears, and driving value-add initiatives directly. Experience of working industrial assets would be advantageous, but they will consider candidates with broader asset class experience. What matters most is the ability to manage this portfolio remotely and be hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and regears directly
• Identifying and executing value-add and asset management initiatives across the portfolio
• Building and maintaining relationships with occupiers across the portfolio.
• Reporting on portfolio performance to key stakeholders

About You:

• Proven track record in asset management experience, ideally within industrial or a related commercial sector
• Confident managing a portfolio hands-on and remotely
• Comfortable working directly with occupiers and negotiating without third-party agent support
