Asset and Transactions Advisory - Surveyor level

Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a market leading Real Estate Consultancy, in their search for a Surveyor to join their Asset and Transactions Advisory team in London.

This role will be strategically focused on managing lease renewals and rent reviews on behalf of multiple clients across the UK. You will also be involved in conducting valuations and providing advice for investment purposes on acquisitions and disposals.

Essential skills and experience required:

• Detailed knowledge and hands on management with lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Knowledge and involvement in acquisitions and disposals.
• Sales and lettings.
• Understanding and knowledge of the UK retail market.
• MRICS (If you are due to qualify this Spring, you will still be considered)
• Full UK Driving License.
• Good excel competency.

Desirable skills required:

• RICS Registered Valuer.
• Preparation of Expert Witness Reports.
• Development Appraisals.
• Investment Appraisals.
• Understanding and knowledge of the office and industrial markets.

This role offers the opportunity to work from home at least two days a week.
