The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where your main focus will be supporting and developing your team while maintaining exceptional operational standards across the centre.
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workspace while delivering an outstanding client experience. You'll lead by example, coach your team, and help maintain the premium hospitality standards that define our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee on-site staff including Client Experience Assistants, cleaning teams, maintenance staff, and contractors
Ensure effective task allocation and smooth daily operations across the centre
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, set team goals, and support employee development
Coordinate and document daily team briefings
Manage staff rotas, approve leave requests, and monitor absences
Step in as Centre Manager when required
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality throughout the centre
