The Role:
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll take responsibility for a small portfolio of four sites, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and delivering a great experience for occupiers. You'll work closely with - and report directly into - an experienced Facilities Manager who is committed to mentoring and supporting you as you progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of soft and hard FM services across the sites
Building strong relationships with occupiers and suppliers
Supporting with compliance, H&S, and ensuring statutory requirements are met
Assisting with service charge budgets and procurement
Helping drive service excellence across the portfolio
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Facilities Management (assistant-level or similar)
Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to learn and develop under a supportive FM
A team player who enjoys variety across multiple buildings
