The Role
This is a high-trust, senior support role acting as a true extension of leadership. You will operate as a gatekeeper and decision-maker, stepping in with confidence when required and ensuring the smooth running of real estate and fund-related activity.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, is comfortable making decisions, and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted stand-in for senior leadership, exercising independent judgement on communications, priorities and decisions.
- Supporting across real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, asset management and development activity.
- Interpreting and engaging with technical real estate and legal matters, including site acquisition, fund structures, planning considerations and transaction processes.
- Coordinating with external advisers including law firms, fund administrators and consultants.
- Supporting the launch and ongoing management of investment funds, understanding key mechanics and constraints.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have strong experience in real estate, with the ability to interpret technical concepts and apply sound judgement.
- Demonstrate a track record within well-regarded organisations or environments that have required stakeholder credibility and exposure.
- Be confident operating independently, managing priorities and acting as a trusted point of contact in a senior-facing role.
This is an opportunity to take on a pivotal position within Zunikh's growing platform, with real influence, responsibility and exposure across high-value real estate and investment activity. You will have early responsibility within a lean and collaborative environment and a package designed to reflect experience and contribution.
