About the Role

I am excited to be partnering with a Global Consultancy based in Leeds who are looking for an Associate Director to join the Occupier Solutions Team in Leeds. This is a hands on Property Manager role but my client is also looking for someone who can build strong relationships with clients to grow and develop the business.

You will work alongside a Director to manage a high-profile portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of major clients including overseas investors, UK institutions, and property companies. You will have immediate responsibility for managing your own client relationships and assets, driving excellent service delivery, and supporting wider team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of managing key client portfolios and commercial buildings.
  • Deliver exceptional property management services across the office and occupier sectors.
  • Liaise daily with clients, tenants, solicitors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee lease events, applications, and licensing activities.
  • Prepare detailed client reports and lead regular tenant meetings.
  • Monitor service charge expenditure, arrears, and income recovery.
  • Support service charge budgeting and reconciliations in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Contribute to due diligence processes for acquisitions and disposals.
  • Assist in leading and mentoring junior team members and coordinating with FM and client finance staff.

The Candidate:

  • MRICS qualified, with a degree-level education.
  • A proven track record in commercial property management, ideally within the office sector.
  • Solid understanding of landlord & tenant law and workspace trends.
  • Experienced in managing lease events, service charge processes, and occupier relations.
  • Confident in a client-facing role, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive cross-service integration.
