About the Role
We are proud to be partnering with a well-established, residential-led property management brand to appoint a Building Manager for their sole commercial office asset in Central London.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a newly refurbished, c.140,000 sq. ft. office building, playing a pivotal role in its post-completion mobilisation and ongoing operational success.
The Role
As Building Manager, you will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of the asset, ensuring best-in-class service delivery while also driving forward key sustainability and wellness initiatives.
A key focus of the role will be leading the building through BREEAM and WELL Certification, making this an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about ESG and future-focused real estate.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the mobilisation of the building following refurbishment

Oversee all hard & soft FM services, ensuring high standards across the asset

Manage and build relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders

Drive delivery of BREEAM and WELL Certification

Manage service charge budgets and financial performance

Ensure full compliance with H&S and statutory regulations

Create a best-in-class occupier experience
About You

Proven experience as a Building Manager / Facilities Manager within commercial property

Strong understanding of mobilisation and operational setup

Exposure to or strong interest in BREEAM, WELL, or ESG initiatives

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised
