You'll ideally have:
- A Building Surveying qualification (Degree, HNC or HND)
- Experience within Building Surveying or construction
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A full UK Driving Licence
MRICS status is welcomed but not essential, and genuine APC support is available for those working towards chartership.

- APC support
- 25 days annual leave
- Company pension
- Death in Service (3x salary)
