Every home purchase requires independent inspection and expert reporting on the condition of the property, often through Level 2 homebuyer Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys carried out by qualified surveyors.
This role offers the chance to use your professional expertise in a high-demand market, with full autonomy and no requirement to commute to an office.
The Role
· You'll carry out a mix of:
· RICS Level 2 homebuyer Surveys
· RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
· Professional reports advising clients on property condition, defects and potential repairs
· Site inspections across your local area
Level 2 surveys provide a structured assessment of the condition of a property, while Level 3 surveys deliver a comprehensive inspection and detailed analysis of the building's structure and condition.
All administrative support, scheduling and report systems are provided so you can focus on surveying rather than paperwork.

What We're Looking For
· MRICS or FRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
· Experience in building surveying (any sector considered)
· Strong report writing and inspection skills
· Desire to work in a flexible, autonomous role
