About the Role

They are seeking an experienced Client Services Director to oversee a prestigious institutional portfolio comprising high-profile Central London assets and a diverse range of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic management of a large-scale, mixed-use commercial portfolio, including prime Central London offices and retail, industrial, and development assets.
- Act as the primary client relationship lead, driving value creation and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all stakeholders.
- Manage and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and customer focus.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgets, forecasts, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to enhance asset value through leasing strategies, capital works, and sustainability initiatives.
- Promote the use of technology and data to improve efficiency, client reporting, and asset performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and client charters, maintaining excellence in customer experience.
Key Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience in institutional-grade property management, ideally 10+ years.
- Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale portfolios, with strong exposure to premium Central London assets.
- Proven P&L accountability and commercial acumen, with consistent delivery of financial and operational targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving high-performance cultures.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate, landlord-tenant dynamics, and asset optimisation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent clients and portfolios at the highest level.
- Evidence of delivering first-class customer experiences and successfully managing complex occupier requirements.
