About the Role
Cobalt are delighted to be partnering with one of the largest market leading Property Consultancies in the UK.
Our client is seeking a highly proficient Commercial Property Manager to join one of their largest teams in the company, focusing on Central London trophy office assets.
This role is a growth hire and has scope to become the account lead for two major global investment clients.
You must have strong experience within a Commercial Property Management department to apply for this role. This role will not accept existing Residential Property Managers or Administrators due to the nature of the portfolio being highly regarded.
Key requirements include:
* Managing lease events, rent reviews and expiries.
* Making recommendations on tenant applications.
* Sound Landlord and Tenant knowledge.
* Property Management Accounting knowledge - statements of account, service charges, VAT, arrears recovery, etc.
* Proven experience of direct reporting to property management clients.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Salary for this role is competitive and dependent on experience.
