About the Role
I am working with a boutique property consultancy based in Leeds that is looking to expand its team. In a short time, they have established themselves as a key player in the industrial, office, and leisure property markets. With a team of highly experienced professionals, they are now seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial portfolio, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and property inspections, while fostering strong tenant relationships.
- Prepare, set, and reconcile service charge budgets in line with the RICS Service Charge Code, ensuring efficient expenditure management.
- Collaborate with facilities management and other teams to maintain health and safety compliance across the portfolio.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial property management.
- Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification).
- A proactive, ambitious individual who thrives in a growing, dynamic business.
