About the Role
Credit Controller Real Estate East London
Salary £38,000 to £42,000
A well established commercial real estate business in East London is looking to appoint a Credit Controller to join their team.
This is an opportunity to join a leading business, working from a high quality office with impressive views, within a professional and stable environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of tenant accounts and ensuring timely collection of rent and service charges
* Chasing arrears via phone and email
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders
* Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
* Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
* Producing aged debt reports and supporting month end processes
* Working closely with property managers to resolve queries
* Supporting legal processes where required
Experience required:
* Previous credit control experience within real estate or property
* Experience using a property management system such as Qube, Propman, Yardi is desirable
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
* Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
