About the Role
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Data & Systems Administrator to keep key property management platforms running smoothly and accurately. From system support to data migration and reporting, you will be a go-to expert in a team that values your ideas and initiative. Flexibility, autonomy, and development are all on offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot Tramps and Proactis P2P systems.
- Manage lease data uploads and track resolution of issues or delays.
- Run and analyse regular integrity and audit reports.
- Assist with client onboarding, data migrations, and supplier verification.
- Support automation and process improvement projects across PMA functions.
- Liaise with property managers, client accountants, and finance teams to resolve system queries.
Role Requirements
- Experience using property management systems, ideally Tramps and/or Proactis P2P.
- Confident working with large data sets and structured data uploads.
- Knowledge of lease data flows, charge raising, and supplier onboarding.
- Proficient with Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Familiar with system testing, upgrades, and support ticket tracking.
- Comfortable collaborating across finance, property, and systems teams.
