About the Role
An established multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a senior property professional to grow its Healthcare Property Advisory offering across the North of England and Midlands.
This is a strategic, market-facing role for someone with strong experience advising NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations, who wants the autonomy to develop client relationships, win work and ultimately build a regional team.
The opportunity
The business already has an established Health & Life Sciences capability, strong healthcare expertise and access to key public-sector frameworks. The next stage is expanding its property advisory presence across the North.
Initially, the role will have a strong business development and relationship focus, opening doors with NHS Trusts and developing new opportunities. You'll have the backing of an established multidisciplinary team to support delivery as the pipeline grows.
What you'll be doing
- Growing the Healthcare Property Advisory business across the North & Midlands.
- Developing relationships with NHS Trusts and senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Identifying, shaping and winning new opportunities.
- Providing strategic advice across estate strategy, asset management and estate optimisation.
- Supporting property transactions, options appraisals and development strategies.
- Working alongside specialists across the wider healthcare advisory business.
- Building a regional team as the pipeline develops.
Who we're looking for
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Strong experience within healthcare property consultancy/advisory.
- Established relationships with NHS Trusts, particularly across the North or Midlands.
- A track record of developing relationships and winning work.
- Strategic property/general practice surveying experience.
- The credibility to advise senior healthcare and estates stakeholders.
- MRICS or a relevant professional qualification would be advantageous.
You don't need to tick every technical box. The priority is someone who understands the healthcare property market, has strong client relationships and can help develop the regional business.
This is a rare opportunity to build something rather than simply inherit an existing patch.
You'll have the backing, frameworks and delivery capability of a major consultancy, combined with significant autonomy to shape the regional strategy, develop your own client base and build a team around you as the business grows.
