About the Role
Cobalt is working with a leading property investor to appoint a Facilities Coordinator into a newly created role within their national operations team.
With thousands of homes under management and a strong pipeline of new developments, this is a business that blends long-term asset ownership with a service-led approach to residential living. Known for investing in people, they are now looking to bring in a Facilities Coordinator who can grow with the business - or contribute in a part-time capacity depending on your experience and availability.
Whether you're early in your FM career and looking to develop long term, or an experienced administrator or coordinator seeking part-time hours, this is a flexible opportunity within a supportive and well-structured team.
You'll work closely with Regional Facilities Managers and site teams across a nationwide portfolio - supporting the delivery of maintenance, compliance, and service operations from a central coordination role.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with contractor scheduling, access coordination, and permit-to-work processes
Supporting compliance and H&S reporting, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
Helping track and close out reactive maintenance tasks across the portfolio
Liaising with on-site teams and residents to provide updates and service support
Raising POs, processing invoices, and tracking supplier performance
Maintaining building records and asset registers within FM systems
Supporting mobilisation activity and data onboarding for new schemes
Assisting with reporting, audits, and performance reviews across regional FM operations
This role will suit someone highly organised and process-driven, with strong communication skills and a good grasp of systems and spreadsheets. You might have experience in property, residential, customer service, or a busy operational support role - and be looking either for your next step, or a more flexible position that still adds value.
You'll join a friendly, down-to-earth team that values initiative and teamwork - and whether you're looking to build a long-term FM career or contribute on a part-time basis, you'll be supported in making the role your own.
Both full-time and part-time applicants are encouraged to apply. Please note this role may appoint before the closing date of this advert
